At RE/MAX Realty Group we have floor time that allows you the flexibility of working on growing your business, not becoming the office receptionist. Our receptionist answers ALL incoming office calls and directs them accordingly. In fact, our phone system does not allow any incoming call to be answered by anyone other than our receptionist. This removes any concern of an agent stealing one of your valuable buyers or sellers. Our state-of-the-art “Find me – Follow me” phone system allows ALL your sign calls or property inquiries to go exclusively to you, the listing agent - no one else. This translates into more buyers, more sellers, more leads, and more money in your pocket!


Our floor time gives you the flexibility to be at the office or as far away as you like. When a potential buyer calls in, it is first determined if they are calling on an in-house listing, if so, the call is immediately directed to the listing agent (at their desk if they happen to be in or to their cell or outside contact phone). If the buyer is inquiring about a listing that is not one of ours, the call is then directed to the agent on scheduled "floor time" - whether they're in the office or not.

Our state-of-the-art facility and high-traffic locations, afford us an incredible amount of walk-in traffic. Walk-ins also go to the agent on "floor time". If they are not present in our office, we set the buyer up in one of our conference rooms and notify that agent that they have a new client. If the agent is not currently available at that time, the agent scheduled NEXT for floor time is "on deck" and offered the lead. Remember, leads in our offices are not given to a “friend” of the manager or receptionist. All leads are tracked by the Broker/Owners to insure that no favoritism is EVER played in our office - always a fair and even rotation.      (back to list)
